1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Student", or "You") and CrestSow Private Limited ("CrestSow", "Company", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our websites (crestsow.com and associated subdomains), Learning Management System (LMS), coding assessment sandboxes, or certificate issuance portals, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
The platform is provided for university students, interns, professional trainees, and academic partners. To access certified features:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or enrolled in a recognized educational program with proper institutional authorization.
- You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete personal and academic information during registration or certificate applications.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and account sessions. Any activity conducted under your authenticated session is your responsibility.
- Account sharing, credential lending, or proxy access to proctored assessments is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination.
3. Platform Services & Digital Certification Conditions
CrestSow provides technical training curricula, full-stack development resources, coding compilers, and digital educational credentials.
A. Certificate Issuance & Integrity
Official certificates issued by CrestSow (including Internship Completion, Workshop, and Webinar Credentials) are cryptographically registered and verifiable via our central verification engine at crestsow.com/verify.
Certificates are granted based on verified attendance, submission evaluations, or authorized administrative review. CrestSow reserves the right to withhold, flag, or permanently revoke any certificate that was obtained through fraudulent submissions, misrepresentation, or proctoring evasion.
B. No Placement or Employment Guarantee
While CrestSow provides industry-standard training curricula, mock interview tools, and placement preparation guidance, CrestSow does NOT guarantee employment, job placements, or specific salary packages. Hiring decisions remain the sole discretion of prospective employers and recruitment partners.
4. Payments, Pricing & Billing Terms
Where fees apply (such as webinar administrative certificate processing fees or optional course modules):
- All prices are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are displayed clearly before payment confirmation.
- Payments are processed securely via our payment gateway partner, Razorpay. We do not store raw card credentials.
- All payment obligations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Once a digital certificate is generated and entered into the public registry, certificate processing fees are non-refundable.

The CrestSow trademarks, logos, curriculum content, proprietary 3D shaders, assessment engines, and documentation are the exclusive property of CrestSow Private Limited. Users are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to view content and download their legitimate certificates for individual educational and recruitment portfolios.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian laws:
- The platform, courses, and digital tools are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of uninterrupted uptime or error-free execution.
- Under no circumstances shall CrestSow Private Limited, its directors, employees, or technical partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from platform downtime or loss of data.
- In all circumstances, CrestSow's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the actual amount paid by the user to CrestSow for the specific transaction in dispute.
8. Dispute Resolution, Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the state of Andhra Pradesh, India.
